Headley Brothers Ltd is proud to announce its newly acquired status as an ICAEW authorised training employer. This accreditation enables Headley Brothers to train current and future employees as chartered accountants (ACAs).
As a world leading professional accountancy body, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) provides leadership and practical support to over 130,000 members in more than 160 countries, working with government, regulators and industry in order to ensure the highest standards are maintained. The Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England Wales (ACA) qualification is an internationally recognised qualification that enables students to enter an industry and to develop the depth and breadth of skills they require within finance and their chosen industry in tandem.
The ACA qualification is more than just exams in financial and business topics. Integral to the qualification are comprehensive requirements for gaining workplace experience, structured training in ethics and developing professional skills, helping to produce highly skilled individuals whose reasoning is based on sound ethical judgement and who add great value to the organisations in which they work.
Finance Director and training official at Headley Brothers, Simon Bingham, said, "We are delighted to have been authorised as an ICAEW authorised training employer. Our training systems that we follow have been scrutinised by the ICAEW in the review process, and we are delighted that these were found to be of a high enough level to earn us this certification."
